Mr. Chetrit is a serial entrepreneur with a vast experience and knowledge in retailing, franchising, real estate investment, M&A advisory services and capital markets. He founded and successfully operated numerous companies. Mr. Chetrit has an extensive management background in business operations, corporate acquisitions, market development and corporate finance and planning. Mr. Chetrit has created, directed and executed many plans in the areas of strategic business development, and overall business structures. Over the last 12 years, Mr. Chetrit has actively been involved in advising clients. He studied Business Administration at American University, Washington, D.C., was a Contributor to Financing Your Business with Venture Capital, (Prima, 1998), and holds a National Association of Securities Dealers Series 3 certification. Maria E. Giron is an entrepreneur with over 15 years experience in luxury good retailing. She has led and operated successful concepts and advised numerous luxury companies on strategic development and brand building. Maria E. Giron led the management buy in of Carrera y Carrera in 1999 (www.carreraycarrera.com) . At the time it was a dormant family company dealing in the jewelry business. Within the span of 6 years she conducted a turnaround of the company that resulted in going from loses of 2 million euro in 1999 to operating profit of 4 million euro in 2005 and from stagnant growth, to compounded sales growth of 20% over the five year period. Additionally, the brand acquired value as it increased its international notoriety and developed an attractive and prestigious image. In 2006 Carrera Y Carrera was sold to Lladró Group a leading Spanish company in the porcelain industry. Her former experience at the luxury goods industry was at Loewe, the leading Spanish company at the time. There, she defined a strategic plan in 1992 and 1993 that contributed to strengthen the brand and as a result increased sales and profit. Loewe was bought by LVMH in 1996.
